FAQ #1:
Q - After I submit my secure online incorporation form, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE for everything to be done?
A -
About 14 days. You will have the finished product in your hands by FedEx 2-Day delivery in about 14 days. See FAQs for more details.

FAQ #2:
Q - What does it COST to incorporate including everything?
A -
The price we quote is an all inclusive price. This means that it includes all costs, all attorney fees, and all government filing fees. To see our all inclusive prices, click here.

  1. YOUR STEP (SECURE ONLINE FORM):
Submit a secure online incorporation form. If necessary, you can call us and speak with an attorney with over twenty-five years of experience. To go to our online secure forms, click here. For our contact information, click here.
  2. OUR STEP (DRAFT ARTICLES):
We will send you by e-mail a PDF format DRAFT of your ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION for your pre-filing approval. If we receive your incorporation form by 12 Noon, we will send the draft Articles to you by 3 PM. Seeing a DRAFT first, before filing, is a good thing. It lets you double-check the information in your Articles (like the spelling of your corporation name) BEFORE they are filed. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
  3. YOUR STEP (OK FILING):
After you have seen your draft Articles of Incorporation, you fax, e-mail or call in your OK to file your Articles of Incorporation.
  4. OUR STEP (FILE ARTICLES):
We will FILE -- by hand by courier -- your Articles of Incorporation with the California Secretary of State (SoS) and PAY the appropriate filing fees to the State. As a rule, filing by the SoS takes place 1 or 2 business days after you OK the filing of your Articles.
  5. OUR STEP (E-MAIL ARTICLES AS FILED):
We will send you by e-mail a PDF copy of your FILED ARTICLES as soon as we get them back from the SoS. This will let you know that your Articles were accepted by the Secretary of State and that you will soon have the rest of your incorporation materials by FedEx 2-Day delivery.
  6. OUR STEP (FILE MANDATORY FORM WITH SOS):
We, as your attorney, prepare and file the mandatory STATEMENT OF INFORMATION (Form SI-200) with the California SoS. We also pay the $25 filing fee. A true copy of the Statement we filed will be in your minute book.
  7. OUR STEP (PREPARE AND FEDERAL EXPRESS ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS):
We will send you (via FedEx 2-Day delivery) the remainder of your incorporation documents and materials. Under both the COMPLETE incorporation program and the COMPLETE WITH 1-YEAR CORPORATE COUNSEL program, these documents will be signature-ready. Certain papers we, as your attorney, sign and file for you.
  8. OUR STEP (FILE SECURITIES NOTICE):
We will file with the California Department of Corporations the mandatory Notice of Issuance after it is signed by you and returned to us. We also pay the $25 filing fee. A Notice of Issuance is necessary to comply with the California Securities Law.
  9. OUR STEP (PROVIDE CORPORATE COUNSEL PROGRAM SERVICES):
For those clients that selected the COMPLETE WITH 1-YEAR CORPORATE COUNSEL program, the Law Office stands ready to provide phone consultation legal services, IRS, EDD, and FTB tax audit representation, Statement of Information filing, and annual minutes preparation. Please see the Corp Counsel link on the left side of this page for more information.
