problem. For example, you will be able to confirm that your

they are filed. If there was an error or mistake (like in your
corporation name) you will not find out until AFTER your Articles are

We use a courier to hand carry ALL our Articles to the
office of the California Secretary of State (SOS). Your Articles will be
handed to the SOS filing clerk in 2 or 3 business days. Most Articles

We also use a courier to
pick up your Articles after the SOS finishes processing. This
hand-delivery / hand-pick-up service is included at no extra charge. |

Fast Articles filing is offered, but at
an extra fee of between $100 and $400.
If you do not pay the extra fee, some services say they
will "send" your Articles in 24 hours. What this really means is they
will MAIL your Articles to the SOS. Sadly, Articles mailed to the SOS will not be
stamped as filed for WEEKS due to slow SOS
processing procedures. |

might give you blank forms, leaving you to figure out which to file and
how, write a $25 check, and file within the legal time limits. Sadly, it has been our
experience that those using an online typing service skip this
step and hope they will not get caught. This would not be a good start
for your business. |

Finished Product

We will send your finished product by FedEx 2-Day
service. We will provide you with tracking information when we give your
finished product to Federal Express. All of this is an included service
offered at no extra charge.
Please keep in mind that you will already
have seen your filed Articles because we e-mail all of our clients an
Adobe PDF image of their actual filed Articles as soon as we get them
back from the Secretary of State. After you OK your DRAFT Articles, you
can expect your finished product in your hands in 14 days or less. |
